My past 3 days were spent cleaning and repairing the apartment my wife and I just sold. The contract called for it to be 'broom clean.' I cleaned the tops of the cabinets in the kitchen and scrubbed the bathtub in addition to touching up paint. The new owner was so happy with the condition of her new home that she sent us an email to say thank you for leaving it in such great condition. I wanted to make sure she felt as good about the investment she made as I did about the check we deposited in the bank!
