I found this a bit daunting starting with an empty page and personally could have done with a few starter questions but after a few minutes I wrote down a goal I was already working on and they just flew onto the page from there. Not nearly as many as the 75-100 he was talking about so I might go back and have another stab at it later. I write it during my lunch time, because it's nice reminder to maximize what I can take away from my current job and hopefully apply to getting to my goals. And I'd rather drop my lunch on the paper instead of the library book Nah, just for a week or so. I nearly fill up an 8x11 sheet a paper twice day. I've even entered some of them into the Achieve IT desktop. Once during my lunchtime and then right before I go to bed. Some of my goals I write down a date - lose 100 lbs by Thanksgiving, etc. Now I just need to motivate myself to act on them. I got this idea from another blog sometime ago.
