i think that ” zinc citrate 25mg per day or 50 every other day and a beta carotene supplement.” is good supplement. but dr atkins say more – that i may remember.

I faced fatigue problems when I slept late or don’t sleep well the night before. Sometimes, I would fall asleep easily. Think I am facing some health problems too.

Try sipping a **small** amount of Tabasco sauce and rubbbing some Tiger baum on your temples and under your nose. It opens the sinuses and takes my mind off of the fatigue. Maybe it will for you, too!

Same here. I can neti every day this week, and I’ll still be horribly fatigued. I picked some of these up today on your recommendation. I’m with you on this. I’ll try anything!
