Most people lie on their backs every weekends. Doing nothing, potato couching, etc. But honestly, working out on the weekend feels so much different, doesn't it? You are usually owning your time and you are free in doing things you love most, and it surely is enjoyable. Here are some tips on how to stay on the right track every weekend, to make you feel, keep and be healthy. *Don't sleep late on Saturdays, or Fridays. Depends on what "weekend" choose. Wake up early, the earlier the better. You can do lot's of things without pressure. And this will help you relax, stress-free and feel great. *Plan ahead what to do. Might be taking a walk with your pet, or friends at the park. Cutting your lawn or cleaning your whole house. Extra movements will benefit your body. *Eat healthily, but not voraciously. Yes, it's weekend and you wanna celebrate it, but try to avoid fatty foods that don't contribute anything but cholesterol's that ain't good for your heart. *If it's the day of your favorite soap. Do some sit ups in front of your TV, or purchase inexpensive home gym equipments. Instead of idling for 30 minutes, give yourself a total body workout while enjoying. *And when the evening comes, dance the night away. Party with less alcohol. Enjoy!
