Believe it or not I think of Carl Sagan often when I think of pie now. Such a great video.

Yes, the pie was good. Not overly sweet but definitely worth eating.

I am pretty hopeless and helpless with baking but I know I enjoy cooking. Sometimes I feel as if my day is going at its worst. And the thought of preparing dinner for the family wears me down even further. Yet, when my fingers start to dig into the ingredients and especially raw fresh meat, spices and all, it's like it sends shockwaves of creativity back into my head and I become awake again. I think anyone who needs a boost of energy and creativity ough to just go into the kitchen and cook something from scratch just you are doing now. Sorry I missed your baking tweets.
