It has been a good thing. She is up to running 3 miles now and I can walk for nearly an hour. We have both dropped some pounds. For me it’s been 20 pounds over the past few months. I like when you said “who cares how long it taks if we reach the same destination” I don’t really pay attention to running logs, don’t pay close attention to time and distance.
