A good reminder that we should get the blood pumping in the morning comes from 3 Step Success today. Turns out breakfast may not be the most important meal of the day. Instead why not try some jumping jacks or running around the block? Get the blood pumping. Get the mind moving…

Sure go to the gym or take a morning jog. Great way to start your day. I remember some of my grade school teachers having us get up from our desks first thing in the morning to do calisthenics.
