I’ve always had a fascination for the idea subliminal messages might work. I’ve played with various software that flashes messages on your screen to see if it really did anything for me.

They found that 80% of thirsty study participants actually chose an Iced tea drink over another popular drink only if they received a subliminal message during the trial. Spooky, yet interesting at the same time.

I’ve been experimenting with sleephacks in order to up my productivity… my latest suggested hack is software called pzizz. It’s part music, part binaurl beats, part hypno-suggestion.
It works great: http://sleephacks.com/category/pzizz/
I tried the Pzizz trial recently and it is an innovative program. I am still undecided on it though. I sort of wish the trial was longer than 3 tries.
