How Much Caffeine Are You Really Getting?

by Brad Isaac on July 20, 2006

Since one of the most popular posts here on Achieve-IT! is How to Take A Caffeine Nap, it would probably be a good idea to see how much caffeine your average drink contains.  There is a post over at Nutrition Action Healthletter that covers how much we are actually getting.

Note: I’ve been telling friends that espresso has less caffeine than regular coffee for years..they thought I was a quack.  It appears I am not alone in my quackiness…as these results confirm what I’ve been saying all along.  May the nay-sayers feast on old coffee filters.

By the way, I was a bit surprised to see the Achieve-IT! Newsletter gives an the equivalent of 753 mg of caffeine in motivation!! **
