Tips for getting to sleep faster & sleeping better

Josh, over at To-Done has posted 6 tips people with insomnia can use to get some much needed sleep at night. If you are wanting to put your all into achieving your personal goals, sleep is a necessity. Here’s my tip: Get busy! Get active! It’s tough to stay awake when you’ve poured your all into your day. But if you still can’t get to sleep, Josh suggests the following:

goal Don’t watch TV or even so much as look at a computer screen atleast 30 minutes before you lie down.
goal Drink milk.
goal Go to bed when you are tired.
goal Reserve the bed for bed things (ie sleep and sex).
goal Meditate
goal Excercise during the day.
