Tired? Fatigued? Ready to quit?
We all feel tired from time to time. But sleepiness doesn’t necessarily need to be an obstacle to your goal success.
When you feel tired, try simply standing up. Knock out some of your tasks while on your feet.
Edison did this, so did Churchill.
You might consider a stand up desk, like what I have, if you find this works for you too.
